How we handle information when you visit this site, contact us or use the local features of the private Rheio pilot.
Emil Bormann operates Rheio and is responsible for the personal information described here. For privacy questions or requests, email rheio@icloud.com.
Activity and planning on your phone
The local pilot uses goals, availability, plans, completed activity and manual check-ins to show your history and help you plan your week. These records are kept on your device. Use the app’s data controls to remove records. Your device backup settings and files you export determine whether copies exist elsewhere.
Where offered in your pilot build, Apple Health and Calendar access are optional. Health access lets you bring selected workouts into your activity history. Calendar access helps you see when you are available. Rheio asks for your permission before accessing either source. You can change those permissions in iOS Settings. Previously imported records can be managed in Rheio.
We rely on your consent for optional access to health data, including explicit consent for health data where required. You can use manual logging and planning without enabling a connection. If a future feature needs a separate data flow, we’ll explain it before asking you to enable it.
Website and support
Cloudflare Pages delivers this website. It processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and page requests to serve and protect the site. Our legitimate interest is to make the site available and secure. The site serves its fonts and images directly and uses no advertising trackers or visitor analytics.
If you email us, we receive your email address, the content you send and information needed to respond. We use it to answer your request and resolve issues, based on our legitimate interest in supporting users. Please share only the details we need to help. Emailing us is optional.
We keep support correspondence while we handle your request and review ordinary threads for deletion 90 days after closure. We may keep relevant information longer to meet a legal obligation or resolve an open dispute. Cloudflare handles technical request information under its own service retention practices. We maintain no separate visitor log.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and Apple provides the iCloud Mail service used for support. Their services may process information outside the European Economic Area. Applicable transfer arrangements are described in the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum and Apple Privacy Policy. Email us if you would like information about the safeguards for a particular transfer.
Your choices and rights
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal applies to future processing. You can also file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency or your relevant supervisory authority.
